Advanced ECG (12-lead) Training

Course Description

This advanced ECG (12-lead) course has been updated to reflect new science and education from in the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) Guidelines. Upon completion participant will have the knowledge, skills and ability to interpret the 12 Lead ECG in detail in regards to the recognition of STEMI as related to specific heart anatomy along with the underlying etiology.

12-Lead ECG and Bundle Branch Blocks (BBB)
Determination of Axis
Axis and Hemiblocks
12-Lead Strategies for Wide-Complex Tachycardias
ST Segment and T Wave Changes
12-Lead ECG to Assess Infarcts
Recognizing ECG Signs of Ischemia and Infarction
Identifying Areas of Ischemia and Infarction

Emergency medical professionals
Critical care professionals
Intensive care professionals
Other healthcare professionals responsible for directing or participating in management of cardiovascular emergencies
